- Have I made a list of the members of my TYG (are they paid)?
- Have I made a list of all 9th-12th graders at my temple and have they been receiving mailings and/or phone calls?
- Have I made a list of all 7th-8th graders at my temple and have they been receiving mailings and/or phone calls (if my synagogue has a JYG and if that is my job)?
- Have I been running mixers at TYG events?
- Have the mixers been successful and could I run better ones?
- Have I been going up to anyone who looks lonely or sad at a TYG event and made them feel welcome in the youth group?
- Have I contacted the JYG advisor and planned an event with them to help get new freshman Senior Youth Group members for next year?
- Do the younger kids know about the Senior Youth group at my temple?
- Are they saying “Wow! I can’t wait to be in (insert my TYG name here)!!!”?
- Does the congregation and the parents of kids in my congregation know about the Senior Youth Group?
- If there is anything I could do to make my TYG more of a presence in the Temple so that kids know about it and want to join?
- I’m Ron Burgundy?
- Does my youth group have as many members as possible?
- Is there anything I could do to boost the membership of my TYG?
- Have I or my board been making good/influential phone calls about TYG events?
- Are the flyers catchy, appealing, and fun?
- Is there anything else I could do to help my TYG be the best that it can be?
