Something very important to think about at this point in the year is what is driving your actions as President.  You should have an overarching goal for everything you do!  You want to make sure that everything has a reason, and that you’re sending the right message. Later in the year this is great reference, remember your roots, and reflect on what you’ve accomplished.

I know many of you have done this already either by yourself or with your advisor or youth group, but if you haven’t, please do.  It may seem basic, but just having them posted on the wall gives you a sense of purpose and a tool to evaluate any questionable ideas that may come up in the future. Feel free to use this page however you want.  I included some questions to ponder, but don’t feel limited to just those…

• What are your personal goals for this year?
• What are the goals of your TYG as a whole?
• What are the biggest strengths and weaknesses of your TYG?
• How can you work with the adults at your temple to ensure your TYG’s success?
• How can you continually improve your board dynamic?
