Here is the age old G.E.T. O.R.G.A.N.I.Z.E.D. method to get a service planned!  Of course you don’t have to use this approach, or use all the guidelines, but maybe some of them could work for you!

Get a day planned to do a service, and find out the Torah Portion for that day (if it’s Shabbat or a holiday)
Entice some TYGers to be your committee for this service
Take time to choose a pertinent theme and one that is appropriate for your projected congregation

Organize your service by making a rough outline of where to put prayers, readings and songs.
Readings should be written, selected, and collected (if you enlist others’ help on this, be sure to set a deadline for them with some room to spare)
Good service songs and prayer melodies should be chosen (talk with songleaders IN ADVANCE)
Ask someone or take it upon yourself to make a cover or any desired artwork for the service (optional of course)
Now, type out the service parts
It’ll take time, but cutting and pasting must be done to make it just right.
Zee most frustrating part—fighting with the photocopier.  To write the services nowadays there are online resources, but the final copy is up to you!
Encourage a variety of people to participate!  Assign readings and pass them out before the service begins!
Do what you feel like doing.  Nothing is “too much to accomplish,” so just go for it!
