3. Write a short note. Be direct and brief. Here’s a possible format.
- Select the point you want to make and include that in the title
- State your point again within the first few sentences of your note
- Add five or six sentences to support your point
- Sign with your name, address and phone number
4. Be polite, prepared, and passionate. Use personal examples as well.
5. Snail mail can take a long time due to screening. Faxes are the recommended medium for these letters.
