NFTY's B'rit K'hilah

Literally meaning covenant of the community, the B'rit K'hilah is a document mentioned in the NFTY Constitution, "Every NFTY must sign a B'rit K'hilah in order to attend both regional and North American events and meetings.( Article 12, Section A)"  The B'rit K'hilah is read and signed by all NFTYites who attend regional and North American events. It was created to ensure everyone's health and safety while participating in NFTY activities, and speaks of our duty to treat other's with kavod (honor and respect).

The full text of the B'rit K'hilah, including a downloadable PDF can be found below.  To learn more, please read the interview with Rabbi Eve Rudin, and consider running the program created to teach members of your youth group about the B'rit K'hilah.
