NFTY-MV is the North American Federation of Temple Youth - Missouri Valley. NFTY-MV includes the following: Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Wyoming, Colorado, and parts of Illinois, Kentucky, and South Dakota.

NFTY-MV's Regional Events include: LTI (Leadership Training Institute), Regional Fall Chavurah, Winter Chavurah, Junior Youth Group Chavurah, and Spring Chavurah.
