NFTY Convention '09 will convene February 13-17, 2009 in Washington, D.C. at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center. The largest gathering of its kind in the world, NFTY Convention is the North American bi-annual convention of the North American Federation of Temple Youth. Laugh and learn, sing and dance, reconnect with friends and have fun at this amazing event!

The registration fees for all participants are as follows:

Regular Registration (Must be registered and paid in full by January 5th, 2009.)	Late Registration (After January 5th, 2009, on a space-available basis only.)

• These fees DO NOT include the cost of travel to and from Washington, D.C.
• All fees include a non-refundable $75.00 deposit in order to reserve your space for NFTY Convention.
• After January 5, 2009, all registration is on a space-available basis only.
• Based on current exchange rates, there are no Canadian rates for 2009.

All registration for NFTY Convention '09 is done online. You can pay using your credit card or electronic check. In the event you are unable to register online, please contact our registrar at nftyconvention@urj.org or 212.650.4130.

• When you register online for NFTY Convention, you will be charged for the full amount of your registration.
  
  
• If you are receiving scholarship assistance you will be asked to list your scholarship sources and dollar amounts at the time of registration and you will be charged for the remaining balance due.
  
  
• If you are receiving a full scholarship and wish to pay online, you will be charged our $75.00 deposit. If necessary, we will happily refund the $75.00 deposit in accordance with our refund policies. PLEASE SEE OUR SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION PAGE BEFORE REGISTERING!
  
  
• If you are unsure about scholarship reimbursement at this time (the amount you will receive or whether it will be paid directly to NFTY), please pay in full. Within six weeks of the conclusion of NFTY Convention, you will receive reimbursement for any scholarship payments made directly to NFTY, including those covering the registration deposit if the scholarships cover the entire cost.
  
  
• Payments must be made using a credit card or by electronic check. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards.
  
  
• If you need to make additional payments, you can do so via our online registration system. To login with your username and password, please visit the MyAccount page.
  
  
• To be guaranteed a space at NFTY Convention, all payments, including scholarships, must be received by January 5, 2009.

• All cancellations must be in writing. We will accept cancellations by e-mail to nftyconvention@urj.org. We're sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations over the phone.
  
  
• Until January 5, 2009, a full refund will be given minus the $75.00 non-refundable deposit.
  
  
• After January 5, 2009, you will be refunded all but a $325.00 cancellation fee. This fee is required in order for us to cover our contractual obligations to the hotel.
  
  
• After February 2, 2009, we will not be able to issue any refunds for cancellation.
  
  
• If you have a documented medical emergency and you must cancel after February 2, 2009, you will be refunded all but the $325.00 cancellation fee.
  
  
• Refunds will be sent out approximately six weeks after the conclusion of the convention.
