Kesh Newsletter

What is the KESH?

KESH is an abbreviation for the Hebrew word kesher meaning connection. The KESH is a magazine-type publication that is handed out at the end of each NFTY NO Kallah. The KESH's main purpose is to give its readers a connection to NFTY and their past kallot through photos, shout-outs, and games. Each KESH focuses on the event that took place before the one where it is given out. It gives NFTYites games to play on the bus rides home and something to look back on after the event. The KESH is a simple reminder of those great memories and fun times experienced at each and every event.

What is a shout-out, and why should I give one?

A shout-out is a short message you can write to a friend or a group of friends in NFTY. It can be an inside joke, a funny memory, a thank you, or anything you want. Each appropriate shout-out is featured in the upcoming issue of the KESH and will also be displayed here on the website. It is a great way to make your mark in a KESH as well as put a smile on someone’s face. Make sure to include your friend's or friends' name(s), your message, and your name.
