Fundraising is an enabler.  It enables your youth group to do activities that would be impossible without each participant paying a rather large fee.    It enables your TYG to take a stand on an issue by donating money to certain groups.  It enables your TYG to increase membership by providing free food after religious school and during events.  For a longer list, check out the "fundraising is important" page.

With a little planning, your TYG can raise a lot of money through various fundraisers.  We have provided some suggestions and a few sample fundraisers, and we encourage you to be as creative as possible.
